Interview Process:-
एक बार जब उम्मीदवार IBPS SO भर्ती प्रक्रिया में मुख्य परीक्षा पास कर लेते हैं, तो उन्हें IBPS द्वारा साक्षात्कार प्रक्रिया के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा। साक्षात्कार में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करना महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि किसी उम्मीदवार का अंतिम चयन इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि वे भर्ती प्रक्रिया के इस अंतिम दौर में कैसा प्रदर्शन करते हैं। इसलिए, अगर कोई आवेदक नौकरी पाना चाहता है तो उसे साक्षात्कार में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करना चाहिए।
Syllabus 2024 and Exam Pattern Important Points:-
- The Exam Pattern for Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale I and Law Officer is the same, while it differs for other posts.
- The Mains Examination will have only one section, which is the Professional Knowledge related to the candidate’s expertise.
- The Preliminary Exam will have three sections. For Rajbhasha Adhikari and Law Officer, the sections are English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness. For other posts, the sections are English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- The score of the Preliminary Exam will not be considered for the final selection. The final selection will be based on the cumulative score of the Mains Exam and the Interview process in the ratio of 80:20.
Exam Pattern 2024:-
- पहले भाग को प्रारंभिक परीक्षा कहा जाता है।
- इस परीक्षा में प्रत्येक विषय के लिए एक समय सीमा होती है।
- आपके पास कुल 120 मिनट होंगे, यानी प्रत्येक विषय के लिए 40 मिनट।
- यदि आप प्रारंभिक परीक्षा पास कर लेते हैं, तो आप मुख्य परीक्षा दे सकते हैं।
- आपकी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के अंक यह तय नहीं करेंगे कि आपको नौकरी मिलेगी या नहीं।
- मुख्य परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के अंक ही मायने रखते हैं।
- मुख्य परीक्षा में केवल व्यावसायिक ज्ञान वाले विषयों के बारे में पूछा जाता है।
