ग्रेड ‘A’ (RDBS) में असिस्टेंट मैनेजर के लिए, उम्मीदवारों का सिलेक्शन प्रीलिम्स, मेन्स और इंटरव्यू राउंड के ज़रिए होगा। ग्रेड ‘A’ (P & SS) में ऑफिसर्स के लिए सिलेक्शन प्रोसेस के लिए सिर्फ़ एक इंटरव्यू राउंड होगा। NABARD ग्रेड A 2025 का सिलेक्शन इस तरह से किया जाएगा:-
