Argentina men’s football team captain Lionel Messi is among 19 people who will be awarded the United States’ highest civilian award ‘The Presidential Medal of Freedom’ at a ceremony at the White House on January 5, 2025. The US Presidential Medal of Freedom, also known as the “Presidential Medal of Freedom”, is the highest civilian honour of the United States.
